Now that you’re 9 weeks pregnant, your baby is about the size of a cherry. Though they’re small, all the essential organs have begun to grow.

Do you feel pregnant yet? It’s common to have morning sickness or trouble sleeping at 9 weeks pregnant. But symptoms can vary, and some people don’t have any symptoms at all.

If you haven’t seen the doctor or midwife yet, it’s time for your first prenatal visit. At the appointment, you may get an ultrasound that can confirm your due date. You may see a tiny flicker of a heartbeat. Wow!

It’s okay to feel overwhelmed or stressed right now. Being pregnant can be physically and mentally exhausting. Talk to someone you trust about how you’re feeling. And know that you can seek additional support at any time.
