23 Weeks Pregnant
At 23 weeks pregnant, your baby is the size of a mango. Their little body has already gotten their first poop ready. This is called meconium. You’ll see it after they’re born in their first dirty diaper.
Swollen feet and ankles and backaches are common symptoms at 23 weeks pregnant. You might also notice feeling clumsy or forgetful at times.
This is a good time to decide whether you’d like to have a doula. A doula can provide support during and/or after delivery.
You’re probably continuing to see your provider about once every four weeks. In the third trimester, you’ll start to see them more often.
