FAQ
Your Experience on Twill Care
What is an Expert?
Experts who are active in the Twill Care community are health professionals and researchers. These Experts have been vetted by Twill to ensure they have the proper credentials and expertise in relevant specialties (such as dermatology, gynecology, obstetrics, neurology, and mental health) for our members. While our Experts are not able to provide medical advice, they can provide general education to members about ways to improve their physical and mental well-being and insights on how to better engage with their own care teams.
What is a Community Champion?
Community Champions are people Twill Care has partnered with to make the experience on our site and app even more engaging and helpful for others. Community Champions welcome newbies to Twill Care, answer questions, provide support, and share their own experiences.
*User posts, including posts from Experts and Community Champions, are not medical advice and do not represent the position of Twill. Talk to your doctor before trying any treatment or remedy.
