Apple Peanut Butter Crunch Rings Recipe

Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 large apples (Fuji or Gala varieties recommended)*
- ½ cup peanut butter*
- ¼ cup granola*
Cut apples horizontally into ½-inch slices. You should get about 6 slices per apple.
Use a small ring mold or cookie cutter to punch out the core from the center of each apple slice, making rings. (If you have an apple corer, you can core the apples first and then slice them into rings.)
Spread peanut butter on each apple ring and sprinkle with granola. Transfer to a plate or platter, serve, and enjoy.
