33 Weeks Pregnant
At 33 weeks pregnant, your baby is the size of a cantaloupe. Their bones have developed but still need to harden more.
Aches and pains are common at 33 weeks pregnant. It may be hard to get a good night’s sleep. You might not be able to exercise as hard as you used to. That’s okay! Keep moving but ease up a little.
If you haven’t taken a childbirth class yet, it’s time! Often these are offered at hospitals and birth centers.
It’s also important to do something for yourself. Taking time for self-care can help you better handle stress.
