At 27 weeks pregnant, your baby is the size of a head of cauliflower. Their eyelids are starting to open and close. They’re listening to the sound of your voice. They might even get startled when they hear a loud noise.
Trouble sleeping is a common symptom at 27 weeks pregnant. Some people even experience restless legs, which can keep you up.
The Tdap vaccine is recommended between 27 weeks and 36 weeks to help protect parents and babies from whooping cough. If you’re unsure if you should get it, talk to your provider at your next visit. You may also want to discuss the pros and cons of circumcision if you’re considering it.
