13 Weeks Pregnant
At 13 weeks pregnant, your baby is the size of a lemon. Can you believe they’re drinking amniotic fluid and even peeing?
As you get ready to say goodbye to the first trimester, you may start to feel less nausea. You may even get your appetite back! You should be eating about 340 extra calories each day. (600 if you’re carrying twins!) Choose healthy, balanced snacks, like veggies and hummus, or an apple with peanut butter.
