11 Weeks Pregnant
You’re 11 weeks pregnant, and your baby is about the size of a Brussels sprout. They can make fists with their hands and open and close their mouth.
You might be getting sick of feeling sick! A common symptom at week 11 is nausea. You may also feel a cramps-like sensation in your belly as the baby grows.
First-trimester screening usually happens around this time. This is a two-part test: A blood test, and an ultrasound called the nuchal translucency (NT). This screening helps gauge the baby’s risk of having chromosomal abnormalities.
